Junior Transfer Pricing Analyst RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Transfer Pricing Analyst to join our UAE-based practice. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to develop strong technical skills in international tax and transfer pricing.This position involves assisting in the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation, supporting benchmarking studies, conducting financial and economic analyses, and maintaining accurate working papers and project documentation.In this dynamic environment, you will work closely with seniors/managers to execute client engagements, prepare client presentations, proposals, and reports, and research UAE Corporate Tax legislation and international tax/TP developments.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing Transfer Pricing documentation in line with UAE CT law, OECD guidelines, and relevant regulations.Support benchmarking studies using global databases.Conduct financial and economic analyses for related-party transactions.Assist in preparing Local Files, Master Files, and Country-by-Country related deliverables.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.0–2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, tax, or financial analysis (freshers welcome).Strong analytical and numerical skills.Good communication and report-writing skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Eagerness to learn and build expertise in Transfer Pricing.What We OfferStructured training and continuous learning opportunities.Exposure to high-quality TP and international tax engagements.Growth in a leading tax advisory environment.Collaborative and supportive team culture.
