Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced E-commerce Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end e-commerce implementations specifically on BigCommerce (preferred) or Shopify.This role requires someone who understands the BigCommerce ecosystem — from setup, theme customization, and integrations to store launch and post-deployment optimization.Manage the full lifecycle of BigCommerce/Shopify projects — from requirements gathering and sprint planning to deployment and post-launch optimization.Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams for all e-commerce project deliverables.Collaborate with developers and designers to deliver custom storefronts, APIs, and integrations.Oversee migration projects to BigCommerce or Shopify from platforms like Magento, WooCommerce, or custom systems.Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery aligned with scope, timelines, and budget.Identify and implement BigCommerce/Shopify apps and third-party integrations to enhance site functionality.Monitor QA, testing, and performance to ensure flawless store launches.Provide proactive communication to clients and stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.About the RoleThis position requires a strong understanding of BigCommerce and/or Shopify platform architecture, APIs, customizations, and integrations.
