Job Title: Cloud Security SpecialistDescription: We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Cloud Security Specialist. This role involves designing and managing robust security frameworks and risk controls across Oracle Cloud platforms.Key Responsibilities:User Management: Design and manage user roles, data security, and access controls within Oracle Fusion Applications.Security Policy Implementation: Implement and maintain security policies in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).PaaS Security: Configure and monitor PaaS-level security and compliance requirements.Risk Management: Lead the setup and continuous improvement of Oracle Risk Management Cloud, including Advanced Financial Controls (AFC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD), Advance Access Controls (AAC) and Financial reporting Compliance (FRC), Advance Access Request (AAR) modules.Audit and Compliance: Perform risk assessments and compliance audits, supporting internal and external regulatory requirements.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with business and technical teams to align security controls with business processes.Incident Response: Respond to security incidents and perform root cause analysis.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience: 5–7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Security (Fusion, OCI, and PaaS).Expertise: Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud Risk Management (RMC) and related governance frameworks.Certifications: Strong knowledge of SoD, role-based access control (RBAC), and audit policies.Problem-Solving Skills: Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Oracle Certifications: Oracle certifications (preferred but not required).Preferred Qualifications:Compliance Standards: Experience with compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR.Automation Tools: Knowledge of automation and monitoring tools related to cloud security.Job Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. You will also need to have hands-on experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and proven expertise in Oracle Cloud Risk Management (RMC) and related governance frameworks.
