Role & Responsibilities: Manage and oversee day-to-day front office operations, ensuring smooth visitor and client interactions. Greet and assist guests, clients, and vendors professionally while ensuring proper visitor protocols. Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, correspondence, and courier management. Maintain and update appointment schedules, meeting calendars, and conference room bookings. Support senior management with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics coordination. Supervise reception area upkeep and ensure compliance with company standards for hospitality and security. Coordinate with housekeeping, pantry, and admin teams to ensure seamless office operations. Assist HR and Admin teams in employee engagement activities, onboarding coordination, and record management. Handle petty cash, office supplies, and vendor follow-ups where required. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and always uphold company policies. Required Qualification & Skills: Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality, Administration, or Management preferred) Minimum 8 years of experience in front office / desk, customer relations, or administrative roles. Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Customer service orientation with a professional and pleasant demeanor. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
