Job OpportunityWe are seeking a seasoned Structural Engineer to oversee the review of structural schemes for residential projects.Review and assess structural schemes for various residential projects in terms of efficiency, buildability, and safety standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of structural engineering deliverables.Stay up-to-date with national and international codes/standards, current trends, and advancements in structural analysis & design.The ideal candidate should possess a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with 5-12 years of experience managing structural design for high-rise residential/township projects.Hands-on experience with software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, and BIM 360 is highly desirable. The selected candidate will be responsible for:Developing and implementing effective structural design strategies that meet client requirements.Maintaining excellent relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders through effective communication and project management.Providing expert advice on structural systems, materials, and construction methods.Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with structural design and construction.
