BIM Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled BIM professional to join our team, specializing in the creation of high-quality, detailed building information models.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Revit and be proficient in developing drawings and deliverables for various project phases.They will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure consistency throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Produce accurate and detailed BIM models using Revit.Develop drawings and deliverables for all project phases: SD (Schematic Design), DD (Design Development), CD (Construction Documents).Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project consistency.Manage and coordinate project models using BIM Collaborate / BIM 360.Contribute to the development of internal BIM standards (templates, families, schedules).Prepare and update IFC files to support interdisciplinary coordination.Participate in clash detection reviews and coordination meetings.Requirements:Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or related field.5-10 years of proven experience in BIM modeling on real projects.Advanced mastery of Revit (required).Working knowledge of BIM Collaborate / ACC for collaborative workflows.Additional skills appreciated: AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp / Enscape / Twinmotion.Strong understanding of building systems (Architectural / Structural / MEP).Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a multidisciplinary team.
