Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced AS400 professional with 5–10 years of hands-on expertise in IBM iSeries environments.The ideal candidate will have strong skills in a range of technologies including RPG/LE, COBOL/400, SQL, CLP/CLLE, DB2/400, Query/400, QM Query, ASC Sequel, MQ, Data Queues, TAATOOL, RDI, Arcad, and IFS.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain efficient AS400 applications using RPG/LE, COBOL/400, and other relevant programming languages.Utilize database management systems such as DB2/400 to design, implement, and optimize databases.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.Design and implement data migration plans to ensure seamless transitions between systems.Analyze system requirements and develop strategies to improve overall system performance.Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.Required Skills and Qualifications:5-10 years of experience on AS400Applied experience with one of the following technologies/languages: RPG/LE, COBOL/400, SQL, Query/400, QM Query, ASC Sequel, CLP/CLLE, MQ, Data queue, JIRA, Service Now, SFTP, IFS, DB2/400, TAATOOL, RDI and ArcadExperience with Waterfall/Agile/Scrum approach and knowledge of JIRAAbility to solve problems independently and creativelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDegree in Computer Science or related fieldBenefits:A competitive compensation package that includes salary, benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.Other Information:A challenging and rewarding work environment that offers opportunities to learn and grow professionally and personally.
