Prompt & AI/ML Engineer – Chatbot Voice Agent LLM & RAGAs a seasoned professional in the field of conversational AI, we are seeking a skilled Prompt & AI/ML Engineer to lead the design, development and deployment of intelligent chatbots, voice agents and telephony services.We require an expert who can craft, iterate and optimise prompts—and design voice-agent dialogue flows—to maximise response relevance, reduce latency and ensure clinical safety across text and voice channels.Key Responsibilities:Architect and deploy AI models: Develop end-to-end solutions using large language models (LLM) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to ingest NHS data sources, generate accurate responses and power both chatbot and voice agent interactions.Collaborate closely with frontend and backend teams to integrate AI and voice agent components into our microservices architecture.Instrument AI and voice-agent pipelines, analyse logs and user feedback, troubleshoot edge cases and implement continuous-learning improvements.Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in LLMs, RAG, conversational AI frameworks and NHS-specific compliance to inform our technical roadmap.Define and execute rigorous test plans in collaboration with QA to validate model accuracy, voice-agent performance and compliance with healthcare standards.About You:You will have experience working with LLMs, RAG and conversational AI frameworks.Strong understanding of AI model development, deployment and maintenance.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Staying current with industry trends and advancements.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive team environment.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.The chance to work on cutting-edge projects and technologies.How to Apply:Please submit your application, including your CV and cover letter, to us.
