Reporting to the Director, Product Management. You will be responsible for:Driving the product roadmap for ZPA capabilities, aligning with company goals and customer needs for secure remote access, identity, and security use casesOptimizing the ZPA admin experience by delivering actionable insights and simplified management for administratorsManaging product requirements and the full lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction from ideation to end-of-lifeCollaborating across teams to solve challenges and successfully deliver products to marketEngaging with customers to gather feedback, identify opportunities, analyze competitors, and stay updated on trends in zero trust application accessWhat We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)7-10 years in product management, with a strong focus on secure access or cybersecuritySolid understanding of policy and network security technologies (e.g., VPN, ZTNA, Public Cloud, Networking, Authentication, and Identity)Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver resultsDemonstrated skills in engaging with customers and translating their needs into product requirementsWhat Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Experience in using data analysis and UX optimization to enhance the ZPA admin experienceStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective strategiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex topics clearly and persuasively#LI-Hybrid#LI-NT1 At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
