Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Data Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of data solutions using AWS and Snowflake. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security. You will also be responsible for optimizing data storage and retrieval processes to support data warehousing and analytics.In addition to your technical expertise, you will provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights.We are looking for someone who is passionate about data engineering and has experience working with cloud-based technologies, particularly AWS and Snowflake.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:8+ years of relevant experience in Data Engineering and delivery.8+ years of relevant work experience in Big Data Concepts, with a strong understanding of data ingestion and processing frameworks.Strong experience with SQL, Python, and Pyspark.Good knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, AWS (Glue, EMR, S3, Aurora, RDS, AWS Architecture).Aptitude for problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to take ownership as appropriate.BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, including:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a focus on AWS and Snowflake.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience in the insurance industry, preferably with knowledge of claims and loss processes.OthersIf you have a passion for data engineering and are looking for a challenging role that offers opportunities for growth and development, we encourage you to apply.
