Automation EngineerYou are a key contributor in the development of scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile and API testing. Your goal is to design, develop and maintain high-quality software releases.Key Responsibilities:Automation Development: Create, test and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile and API testing.Test Strategy & Planning: Define and implement test strategies to ensure high-quality software releases.Code Quality & CI/CD: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.Performance & Security Testing: Implement performance and security testing strategies to identify bottlenecks and vulnerabilities.Defect Management: Identify, document and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve them.Mentorship & Best Practices: Mentor junior engineers, promote best practices and drive quality initiatives across teams.Tooling & Innovation: Evaluate and introduce new testing tools, technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency.Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers and DevOps teams to enhance software reliability.Required Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience in software testing and automation.Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C# or JavaScript.Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).Experience in API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured or Karate.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling or k6.Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP).Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, TDD and BDD.Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.Familiarity with security testing concepts (e.g., OWASP, penetration testing).Benefits:Remote work policy.Comprehensive insurance policy.Chance to have a huge impact early in your career.
