About 100ms 100ms is building AI agents that automate complex patient access workflows in U.S. healthcare — starting with benefits verification, prior authorization, and referral intake in specialty pharmacy. We help care teams reduce delays and administrative burden so that patients can start treatment faster. Our automation platform combines deep healthcare knowledge with LLM-based agents and robust operational infrastructure to solve critical bottlenecks in healthcare delivery. We're looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our People team and support our recruitment efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, offer management, and HR operations in a fast-paced AI-healthcare startup. Key Responsibilities.Offer Letter Generation: Prepare offer letters, compensation letters, and appointment letters using Excel templates and Google DocsRecruitment Support: Assist with job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview schedulingData Management: Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and compensation data in Excel/Google SheetsCandidate Communication: Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process, send offer letters, and track acceptancesDocumentation: Manage offer documentation, track candidate responses, maintain organized filing systemsReporting: Generate recruitment reports and maintain hiring dashboards in Excel Must-Have RequirementsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets - able to work with formulas, data entry, templates, and formattingExcellent command of Google Docs/Microsoft Word - for creating and formatting professional offer letters and HR documentsExcellent written and verbal communication skills - clear, professional, and error-free communicationHigh attention to detail and accuracy (critical for offer generation)Ability to handle confidential salary and candidate informationCurrently pursuing or recently completed degree in any field What You'll GainExposure to AI and healthcare technology startup environmentHands-on experience in tech recruitment and HR operationsMentorship from experienced HR professionals ₹2,40,000 - ₹3,60,000 a year Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid - 3 days work from office) We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
