You will be expected to offer personalized mentorship, conduct training sessions, and share industry insights to help mentees achieve their career goals.QualificationsExtensive experience in Agile Methodology, Digital Transformation, and program managementExperience as a Delvery manager Role/ Delivery head for 5-10 years Experince as a thought leadership Training.Strong leadership skills and experience in mentoring and guiding professionalsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyProven track record in leading successful digital transformation projectsProficiency in relevant technologies and toolsRelevant certifications and qualifications are a plus
