Job Title: Senior Developer We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer to join our team.The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on data integration and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop ETL processes using ODI to facilitate seamless data integration between various sources and targets.- Conduct requirements gathering sessions to understand client needs and translate them into technical specifications.- Optimize existing ODI processes for performance and scalability, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data management best practices and ensure data quality.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ODI and data integration workflows as they arise.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data integration technologies.- Prepare documentation for processes, configurations, and data mappings to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data integration projects, with a strong focus on ODI.- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, with hands-on experience in database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or similar.- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and techniques.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
