The role involves coordinating with MEP, Structural, and medical consultants, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and leading a small team (5-6 people). Candidates must have completed at least one full project cycle and possess strong project management skills.Experience: 5+ YearsResponsibilitiesHealthcare planners & medical consultants coordination, Clinical & non-clinical space requirementsProject documentation & regulatory approvalsHospital & medical clinic interior designSite visits & progress monitoringMedical planning standards and guidelines adherence (e.g., NABH, JCI, or other local/international standards)Team management & mentoringIntegration with existing healthcare infrastructureQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ArchitectureProven experience in medical planning, hospital interiors, and large-scale healthcare facilities.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
