Job Title: 2D Animation SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a 2D Animation Specialist. This role involves bringing static concepts to life with smooth, expressive motion in digital, web, and social media platforms.Main Responsibilities:Produce high-quality 2D animations that captivate audiences and align with brand identity.Create engaging storyboards, mood boards, and animatics to plan out sequences and ensure seamless execution.Animate characters, icons, typography, and graphic elements with precision and creativity, staying true to the desired aesthetic.Collaborate closely with designers to translate concepts into captivating motion and meet project objectives.Edit, refine, and polish animations based on feedback from colleagues, ensuring they meet exceptional quality standards.Prepare final files in the right formats for different platforms and deliver them on time, adhering to project timelines.Manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining outstanding quality throughout.Required Skills and Qualifications:A strong portfolio showcasing diverse 2D animation work, demonstrating expertise in various styles and techniques, including proficiency in industry-standard tools like After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Toon Boom.A solid understanding of movement, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling principles, enabling effective translation of ideas into compelling motion.The ability to create clean storyboards and effectively communicate design intentions to stakeholders.Attention to detail and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision, making decisions and solving problems as needed.
