Company Overview: We are a leading firm specializing in General Insurance Claimsinvestigations, particularly in Personal Accident (PA), Group Personal Accident (GPA), andWorkmen's Compensation (WC) claims. Our dedicated field team conducts thorough on-ground investigations, and we are seeking skilled back-office executives to prepare detailednarrative reports based on these findings.Job Description:Key Responsibilities:• Review and analyze investigation reports submitted by the field team.• Prepare comprehensive narrative reports on insurance claims, ensuring accuracy andclarity.• Verify the authenticity and completeness of the information provided.• Collaborate with field investigators to gather additional information if required.• Maintain and update claim records in the system.• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.• Assist in the preparation of documentation for legal proceedings, if necessary.• Provide support to the claims management team as needed.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a back-office role within the insurance industry,preferably in General Insurance (Non-Health and Non-Motor).• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.• Knowledge of insurance claims processes and regulations.Preferred Skills:• Experience in handling PA, GPA, and WC claims.• Familiarity with insurance investigation procedures.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Benefits:• Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.• Health insurance and other employee benefits.• Opportunities for professional development and career growth.• Friendly and supportive work environment.
