Job Description:This is a role that involves performing quality assurance audits for all departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Perform quality assurance reviews for all departmentsConduct 'Process Refresher' and 'New Hire' trainings with employeesProvide coaching and support to employees to strengthen understanding and execution of quality standardsIdentify training needs based on review findings and collaborate with management to address skill gapsDevelop and implement training materials and SOPs to ensure consistency in quality assurance practices across departmentsAnalyze findings from reviews and develop reports to highlight trends/opportunities for improvementRecommend and monitor preventive and corrective actions to ensure quality assurance standards are achievedMake recommendations to reduce process variation and eliminate errorsTrack responses for all findings identified from reviewsEscalate unresolved issues to Senior Management and work with Management to resolve issues
