Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Engineer located in Hyderabad. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for performing calculations, conducting structural analysis, and using computer-aided design software. The role will involve working closely with the team to ensure the successful completion of projects within deadlines and delivering high-quality structural engineering solutions.


Qualifications

· Strong background in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering

· Proficiency in calculations and structural analysis

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

· Ability to work effectively in a team and individually

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field


Roles and responsibilities:

· Preparing ETABS and SAFE models and other design calculations under the guidance of a Senior Structural Engineer.

· Review of structural drawings against models and calculations, and for proper detailing.

· Periodic site inspections.

· Design and Detailing as Per IS Standards.


Skill set- Required:

· ETABS

· SAFE

· High rise concrete building design

· Sound understanding of wind and earthquake loading

· Structural steel element design

· Knowledge of Indian codes like IS:456, IS:800, IS:13920, IS:875 and IS:16700
