Be a part of our journey to pioneer innovation and drive the future of animal healthcare.This role involves leading a team of QA test analysts, coordinating testing efforts, developing test plans, executing test cases, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment between development and testing activities.• Expert in testing best practices and familiar with testing of one or more industry standard applications like (SAP/Salesforces/Hybirs), web and mobile applications.• Excellent knowledge an understanding of industry standard testing tools like ALM, JIRA.• Must lead and guide two or more QA Test Analysts.• Works closely with cross functional teams in achieving testing objectives.• Ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency across all testing practices.• Closely work with Testing COE Global team.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES  Percent of TimeTechnical Leadership:• Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and specifications, outlining testing objectives, strategies, and timelines.• Coordinate the execution of test cases across various testing phases, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.• Track and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with the development team.• Identify opportunities for test automation.• Ensure that software products meet established quality standards and requirements, conducting thorough testing to identify and mitigate defects.• Create and maintain documentation related to testing processes, procedures, and results, ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of software development practices, including code reviews and quality assurance best practices. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing and test automation. 50%Collaboration and Communication:• Maintain collaboration and communication with Testing COE Global team members on overall Testing COE strategic objectives and priorities.• Collaborate with the Testing COE automation team to develop and maintain automated test scripts.• Collaborate closely ZTD Cross functional teams that includes by not limited to Project Managers, Functional SMEs, Developers, Agile Scrum Teams, Product Owners, Compliance Specialists, Zoetis Business, Managed Service Providers.• Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment between testing activities and project milestones. 30%Team Leadership:• Provide direction and support to QA Test Analysts, empowering them to achieve their full potential.• Encourage open communication and constructive feedback to promote a positive work environment. 20%ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPSZTD Cross functional teams that includes by not limited to Project Managers, Functional SMEs, Developers, Agile Scrum Teams, Product Owners, Compliance Specialists, Zoetis Business, Managed Service Providers.RESOURCES MANAGED  Financial AccountabilityNoneSupervisionNoneEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEIndicate the formal education, certification or license required and/or preferred. Include the minimum number of years of relevant experience required for the position (where legally permissible).• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.• Minimum 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on manual and automated testing.• Strong leadership and ability to motivate and manage a team of QA testers.• Proficiency in test planning, execution, and defect management processes.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.• Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in testing activities.• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., UiPath, Selenium, Appium) is a plus.• Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, ISTQB) are a plus.TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTSIndicate the technical skills required and/or preferred, as applicable.Required:• Experience with testing of any of these industry standard applications like SAP/ Salesforce/SAP Hybris• JIRA – Defect tracking and task creation tool• ALM- Test and Defect Management tool• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.Preferred:• Automation testing tools: UiPath Suite (Orchestrator, UiPath Studio and Test Manager)• Continuous Integration tools - Jenkins, Github• Mobile cloud testing tools for Android, iOS, and cross-platform ones like pCloudy or Saucelabs.• Relevant certifications in software testing or test automation (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, UiPath, SAP, Salesforce).• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTSRegular working hours are from 11:00 PM to 8: 00 PM IST or 2:00 PM to 11:00pm IST.
