Cloud Infrastructure SpecialistAbout Our Team:We are a forward-thinking organization that leverages AI-powered SaaS technology to transform app store reviews into actionable insights for mobile product teams.Job Summary:The Cloud Infrastructure Specialist will play a critical role in designing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and cost efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Owning and evolving our cloud infrastructure to meet the needs of our rapidly growing business.Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable deployments across multiple environments.Implementing infrastructure-as-code practices to ensure reproducible, version-controlled infrastructure.Building and improving monitoring, alerting, and observability systems to detect and resolve issues quickly.Optimizing cloud costs through right-sizing, reserved capacity planning, and architectural improvements.Implementing and maintaining security controls including network isolation, secrets management, and access policies.Supporting multi-region deployment strategies for improved latency and disaster recovery.Collaborating with backend engineers to optimize serverless architectures and event-driven systems.Establishing and documenting operational runbooks and incident response procedures.Requirements:4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.Strong experience with major cloud platforms and serverless architectures.Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar).Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).Solid understanding of networking concepts: VPCs, subnets, load balancing, DNS.Experience with monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, or similar).Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or similar languages.Understanding of security best practices for cloud infrastructure.Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
