Assist people leaders and team members for policy guidance and interpretation. Manage new hire onboarding and orientation. Support payroll and local HR compliances.
Qualifications
8-11 years of experience in HR Business Partner, Senior Generalist or related role with progressive responsibilities throughout tenure. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience) Good knowledge of HR domain – employee relations, employment law, performance management, HR operations, etc. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Experience partnering and interacting in a multicultural environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
