Global Finance Process ManagerJob Summary:Establish an end-to-end process vision and roadmap by partnering with market and enterprise teams to define business outcomes and develop a strategy for success.Drive process standardization by overseeing the overall management, maintenance, and documentation of global processes.Monitor performance through regular reviews, ensuring the achievement of goals in end-to-end processes.Identify improvements by bringing leading practices and technology solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization.Promote a process culture focusing on excellence, fostering collaboration, and building strong relationships across functions.Develop business cases to secure budgets for continuous process enhancements.About the Opportunity:As a Global Finance Process Manager, you will be responsible for driving process standardization, monitoring performance, and identifying improvements across global finance processes.
