Data Insights Specialist

Job Title:Data Insights SpecialistJob DescriptionAs a Data Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision making across our programmatic stack. This hands-on role requires strong analytical skills and a deep technical understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.You will oversee the technical and operational performance of our stack, managing SSPs, DSP, OpenRTB, Prebid, and Server-to-Server integrations to optimize fill rate, latency, and discrepancies. Additionally, you will detect and resolve Invalid Traffic (IVT) using various tools, including HUMAN, Protected Media, Pixalate, IAS, and MOAT.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Integration Management: Configure endpoints, macros, and bidstreams; monitor and optimize technical setup for optimal performance.Detection and Resolution: Identify and resolve IVT issues using machine learning algorithms and various detection tools.Dashboard Development: Build data visualizations in Looker, Data Studio, or Excel/Sheets to track key performance indicators such as eCPM, fill rate, and delivery trends.Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with demand and supply partners for QA, format validation, and compliance; document technical setups and coordinate with cross-functional teams.RequirementsAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large datasets.Technical Expertise: Deep technical understanding of programmatic advertising, including SSPs, DSPs, and ad exchange protocols.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.BenefitsThis role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, develop your technical skills, and contribute to driving business growth through data-driven insights.As a valued member of our team, you will have access to training and development opportunities to help you grow professionally and personally.
