Job Description:

Pinnacle Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MSP Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing various tasks within our Managed Service Provider (MSP) program, with a focus on ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and Task-Driven Operations: Conduct regular audits and manage task-driven operations within the Vendor Management System (VMS) to ensure compliance with client requirements and internal standards.
  • Management: Oversee the management of client requirements, including gathering, documenting, and validating information to facilitate efficient staffing processes.
  • Assurance (QA) and Audits: Implement QA procedures and conduct audits to identify and address any discrepancies or errors in staffing processes, both in written and verbal communication.
  • Augmentation: Coordinate staffing assignments, including worker profile population, extensions, terminations, and other related activities, to meet client demands.
  • Volume Spikes: Act as a point of contact for junior specialists during spikes in workload volume, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Order Management: Manage work order changes, extensions, terminations, and other updates within the VMS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client guidelines.
  • Oversight: Monitor and track the progress of the MSP program, including resource utilization, staff augmentation, and overall program performance.
  • Maintain open and effective communication channels with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives and timely resolution of issues.
  • Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to eventually transition staffing assignments into Statement of Work (SOW) agreements, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Growth: Support the expansion of the MSP program by actively identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the development of strategic initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Prior experience in MSP coordination, preferably within the staffing or workforce solutions industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data management and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Familiarity with VMS platforms, such as VNDLY, is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High level of adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic work environment.
