Industry: Solar Energy Job Title: Electrical Executive (Solar Power Plant) Hours: Full-time Location: SuratJob PurposeThis role's primary responsibility is handling documentation tasks and coordinating with DGVCL/GETCO. The job purpose of an Electrical Executive (Solar Power Plant) is to oversee and manage all electrical aspects of a solar power plant's operations. This includes ensuring the efficient functioning of the plant's electrical systems, equipment, and components. The Electrical Executive is also responsible for troubleshooting electrical issues, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and optimising the performance of electrical systems to maximise energy production. Additionally, they may supervise electrical staff, coordinate with external contractors, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Job DutiesAssist in documentation, including data entry, filing, and record maintenance.Coordinate with DGVCL/GETCO for various tasks, such as obtaining approvals, submitting documents, and resolving queries.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and seeking necessary information.Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation, adhering to established standards and procedures.Collaborate with team members to streamline documentation workflows, which improves efficiency.Stay updated on relevant regulations and guidelines related to documentation and compliance.Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.Will be required to go in routine to DGVCL offices in and around the site for paperwork.Should possess a professional appearance and excellent communication skills to interact with officers effectively.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering.Experience6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering.KnowledgeProficiency in working with eleven KVA transmission lines.Familiarity with VCB panels, HT, LT panels, transformers, and related equipment.Proficiency in the English language.Understanding of photovoltaic (PV) systems, solar panels, inverters, and other components of solar power generation systems.Proficiency in Electrical engineering principles and concepts, including circuit design, power electronics, and electrical distribution systems.SkillsProblem-solving skillsEffective communication skillsCollaboration abilitiesAnalytical skillsCommunication skillsAttention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamResearch and development skillsAttributesDetail-oriented with a commitment to safety.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Perks and BenefitsCompetitive salary.We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes leave encashment, bonus, etc.There are opportunities for career advancement within the organisation.Ongoing training and development programs.Number of Vacancies: 1 Ideal Start Date: As soon as possible
