About the RoleAt our organization, we're building a revolutionary AI-driven content system that empowers traders with fresh insights in real-time. As a key member of our team, you'll design and architect self-running research systems that capture market triggers, package them into actionable ideas, and distribute them as cards, alerts, and narratives.Your Key Responsibilities:Achieve operational excellence by designing content pipelines that adapt to markets and generate hundreds of daily trading insights without manual writing.Collaborate with data experts, AI engineers, and quant specialists to inject price action, F&O data, and macro events into idea generation.Evaluate performance metrics – signal quality, engagement, and shelf life – to optimize system efficiency.Documented the 'logic of ideas' to ensure scalability, maintain SEBI compliance, and enable the system to learn from user interactions.Ideal Candidate Profile3-6 years of experience in financial research, strategy, or trading content creation.Deep understanding of equities, F&O, and macroeconomic principles.Fluency with AI tools and structured workflows.Clear, concise communication skills and a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance.What Sets This Opportunity ApartYou'll be crafting the operating system for trading research, not just creating content.
