Senior Php Developer

Sr. PHP developers / Tech Leads are the backbone of the Development team and dedicated towards managing multiple web applications, API Creation, testing and team training development sessions. They are responsible for creating dynamic and interactive websites as per the shared requirements by the clients or stack holders of the company. They work on server-side scripting, database management, and front-end integration to deliver seamless user experiences. As a Technical Lead PHP, you will lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications. You will be responsible for ensuring the technical feasibility of projects, guiding the team through complex coding challenges, and making high-level design decisions. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional code quality, optimized performance, and best practices in PHP development across all the available CMS that are based on the core of PHP.Objective of this Role: -Perform PHP backend services accurately as per the high benchmark set by the web development teamConnect backend components to the web services by building web applications in PHP that are responsive and scalableSupport the full-stack creative team through the complete lifecycle of the projectCreate, build, and modify the software as a PHP expert with the right PHP scriptsCollaborate with web designers and front-end developers for creating and deploying error-free solutions to the clientsResponsibilities of the Resource: -Lead the PHP development team in delivering high-quality web applications, API Solution, Server Set-up, Problem Solving Techniques capabilitiesWrite clean, scalable, and well-documented code for the assigned projects to the team.Oversee the complete development lifecycle of projects, from planning to deployment.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and devise technical solutions.Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers.Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of all web applications.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in PHP development and its associated frameworks.Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developersBuild efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules for integration and deploymentSolve complex performance problems and architectural challengesIntegration of data storage solutions {{may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.}}Design, implement and maintain PHP application phasesDevelop, test, implement, and maintain application software to maintain the consistency of the project deliverablesDevelop technical designs for application development and application code for PHP programs as per the feasibility and solution to be served to the clients.Participate in the development team's architectural and software development activities Analyse, programme, test, and debug softwareIdentify production and non-production issues for the applicationsConvert the needs of software into specs by interacting with the client on the live technical calls.Endorse software improvements to enhance application processes by suggesting the same to the delivery teamRequired Skills & Qualifications for the Job Profile: -Strong communication and team management skills for making the entire process smooth.
