Job Opportunity:We are seeking a senior data scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of advanced transformer-based models.The ideal candidate will have expertise in at least one modality (audio, video, or text) with real-world project experience.Responsibilities include pushing the boundaries of lip-sync accuracy, character/scene consistency, audio realism, and video quality.You will design automated evaluation frameworks for image, audio, and video quality scoring.Ongoing experimentation with audio–video synchronization, background score blending, and text-to-video alignment is required.You must stay up-to-date with emerging architectures, tools, and scaling strategies.End-to-end ownership of R&D initiatives with strong execution and problem-solving skills is essential.About the Role:A minimum of 4-10 years of experience in applied machine learning/artificial intelligence.Strong fundamentals in transformers, training dynamics, and optimization.Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow.Deep expertise in one modality (audio/video/text) with real end-to-end project work.Experience deploying machine learning inference using FastAPI or similar.Ability to design automated evaluation metrics for generative output.High adaptability and willingness to run rapid experiments.
