Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled LLM (Large Language Model) Scientist with a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying state-of-the-art language models for various applications. Key Responsibilities:

  • LLM Fine-Tuning: Research, fine-tune, and deploy large language models (LLMs) to solve various AI challenges.
  • Generative AI Solutions: Create advanced AI solutions for real-world use cases, from prototypes to production systems.
  • RAG Pipelines: Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to improve AI output accuracy.
  • Prototyping: Build quick, functional demos using tools like Streamlit or Dash.
  • Data Handling: Use algorithms and data structures to process unstructured data effectively.
  • System Optimization: Debug, profile, and scale machine learning systems for high performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with data scientists, engineers, and others to tackle complex problems.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Clearly explain technical concepts and project progress.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:5+ years in software development, especially in AI and machine learning.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI and fine-tuning LLMs.

Skills:

  • Programming: Proficient in Python, Java, or C++.
  • AI & Data Science: Strong knowledge of AI and Generative AI techniques.
  • LLM & RAG Expertise: Experience with fine-tuning LLMs and designing RAG pipelines.
  • Prototyping Tools: Familiarity with frameworks like Streamlit or Dash.
  • System Performance: Proven ability to optimize and scale machine learning systems.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in unstructured, ambiguous scenarios.

Performance Expectations:

  • Develop and fine-tune LLMs to meet application needs.
  • Create prototypes to demonstrate AI applications.
  • Collaborate with a team to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions.
  • Ensure systems are scalable and efficient.
  • Document work and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
