Role Description


We are seeking a skilled Creative Head (Design) with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the wedding industry. This role focuses on backend design work, where creativity and technical proficiency are essential.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design Execution: Develop concept presentations, thematic sketches, and 3D visualizations based on design briefs.
  • Core Software Skills: Mastery of CorelDraw is required. Knowledge of Photoshop or other design software is a plus.
  • Creative Development: Innovate and produce wedding collateral such as name boards and flexes.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the internal team to ensure design accuracy and successful implementation.


Requirements:


  • Experience: At least 7 years in wedding decor design.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Corel Draw is essential; experience with Photoshop is an added advantage.
  • Creativity: Ability to bring abstract concepts to life with imagination and precision.
