The role involves maintaining research records, drafting reports, assisting with grant applications, and managing projects. Ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a passion for healthcare research, this position offers valuable experience in academic and practical research initiatives. Qualification: MPH/MSW/MBA/Master's degree in Hospital/Health Management, or a related field. Required Skills: ▪ Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation. ▪ Familiarity with research methodologies and techniques. ▪ Strong written communication skills for drafting reports, research papers, and grant proposals. ▪ Excellent oral communication skills. ▪ Strong organizational skills to manage research and training projects and timelines. ▪ Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks. Required Experience: 2- 5 Years Key Responsibilities: ▪ Maintaining accurate records of research, training, and other activities. ▪ Conducting comprehensive reviews of existing literature. ▪ Documentation and Reporting. ▪ Writing and editing research reports, papers, and presentations. ▪ Preparing progress reports and updates for funding agencies or supervisor. ▪ Assisting with Grant Applications. ▪ Identifying potential funding sources. ▪ Handling correspondence and administrative paperwork related to research activities.
