Software Development ExpertWe are seeking a seasoned software development expert to join our team. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in reviewing and analyzing applications, product development, and enhancements.Develop high-quality program code, ensuring it meets specifications and adheres to industry standards.Create automated unit and API tests to ensure seamless application functionality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support bug fixes, implement enhancements, and provide technical assistance to applications in production.Design, create, and review software documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.Enforce coding standards, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Provide timely technical support to applications in production, meeting established service level agreements.Adhere to development processes and workflows, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of commercial experience in software development, with expertise in C#/.NET and C++. Knowledge of ASP.NET Core Blazor, Entity Framework Core, desktop applications (Winforms preferred), background jobs and workers (e.g. Hangfire), and Angular is desirable. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with architectural/design patterns such as MVC/MVP/MVVM/Clean/Screaming/Hexagonal architectures and .NET memory model and performance optimization solutions.As a member of our team, you will be expected to design functionalities based on requirements, write functional and structure tests, and understand modularity and vertical slices.
