As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our software solutions.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating with our engineering team to resolve problems efficiently.If you are a detail-oriented, organized individual with a passion for technology and customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Provide expert-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and web conferencing.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with our engineering team to resolve problems efficiently.Update technical documents and knowledge base to ensure accurate information is available to customers and internal teams.Train customers on how to install and use our software solutions.Support sales with after-sale customer support, including sending relevant documentation and information to customers.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in MIS, computer science, or related field.At least 2-3 years of experience in application support, preferably in the ERP system space.Advanced knowledge of MS SQL, Excel, and database structure.Good knowledge of creating a knowledge base using various visual tools.Strong verbal and written English skills (customers located in the US and Canada).
