Job Title: AI/ML BuilderWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to design and implement advanced Salesforce solutions integrated with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities.Develop intelligent workflows, personalized recommendations, and automation by leveraging Salesforce Einstein/Einstein GPT, LLMs, vector databases, and external ML services.Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.Key Responsibilities:Salesforce + AI/ML Development: Design, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.Develop and deploy AI/ML models for real-time automation, forecasting, scoring, and decision-making.Integrate AI/ML models within Salesforce CRM to power intelligent data retrieval, opportunity insights, workflow automation, and personalized recommendations.Generative AI & Intelligent Automation:Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and LLMs for contextual understanding inside Salesforce workflows.Create custom AI-powered automation solutions including Einstein Bots and bespoke chatbots for sales and service processes.Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI/ML model accuracy, performance, and user experience through continuous feedback loops.Salesforce Platform Engineering:Extend Salesforce functionality with Apex (Triggers/Classes), LWC, Aura Framework, Visualforce Pages, web services, and Apex APIs.Manage Git-based CI/CD processes to support efficient development and deployment cycles.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related discipline.5–7 years of experience in Power BI development and implementation.Strong expertise in AI/ML model building and deployment for real-time automation.Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML solutions with Salesforce CRM (Einstein/Einstein GPT + external ML frameworks).Solid knowledge of Generative AI, including transformers, LLMs, and RAG pipelines with vector databases.Benefits:This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.Others:The ideal candidate will be a team player who can collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, data teams, and stakeholders.A strong understanding of Salesforce security and compliance for customer data is essential.],
