We're looking for an innovative AI/ML Engineer to lead the development of our core intelligence layer, embedding pipelines, and AI-powered features that power natural language understanding and generation across our platform.The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, manage embedding generation using HuggingFace Transformers and Sentence Transformers, integrate and optimize LLM calls for chat completions and embeddings, and build and maintain LangChain chains and agents for complex workflows.The successful candidate will also be responsible for designing and implementing workflows for visual AI pipeline creation, optimizing vector search and retrieval using a vector database, implementing semantic search, similarity matching, and relevance ranking, experimenting with and evaluating different embedding models and chunking strategies, building natural language query understanding for analytics, developing and maintaining Flask REST APIs for AI/ML features, building robust service architecture following domain-driven design principles, and implementing background job processing for several processes.A strong focus on scalability, reliability, and performance is essential. Experience with cloud-based technologies, containerization, and orchestration tools is highly desirable.This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
