Business Intelligence AnalystThe role of the Business Intelligence Analyst is to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions by analyzing customer behavior, market trends, and competitor performance.As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be working closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align data insights with business objectives. You will lead key projects such as the analysis of customer purchase history and build on and implement new technologies like data visualization tools.Key responsibilities include ensuring data integrity, analysis and reporting, performance monitoring, customer insights, A/B testing, market and competitor analysis, and data visualization. You will also collaborate with various departments to achieve shared goals and have the opportunity to develop your skills in a rapidly evolving field.This role requires a strong understanding of data sources, structures, and flows, as well as experience in data analysis within e-commerce. Proficiency in Python, SQL, advanced Excel, and Tableau or similar tools is required.
