The role As Senior Catalogue Executive, you will be responsible for working on the end-to-end life cycle of publishing and managing online content on the company's Content Management System (CMS). You will ensure that the content is accurate, relevant, engaging, and optimised for SEO. You will also establish and maintain content publishing processes and standards and oversee the testing and quality assurance of the content. You will work closely with the content creators, editors, and developers to deliver high-quality content that meets the needs and expectations of the customers and the business. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and innovation of Alike.Key responsibilitiesWork on the content publishing workflow, from content creation, editing, approval, publishing, maintenance, and deprecation.Ensure that the content is consistent, error-free, and aligned with the company's brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.Monitor and analyse the performance and impact of the content, using web analytics tools and feedback mechanisms.Optimise the content for SEO, using best practices and tools such as keyword research, meta tags, and link building.Manage the multilingual content operations, ensuring that the content is translated, localised, and updated for different markets and languages.Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in online content, CMS, and SEO, and implement best practices and innovations.Key requirements for the roleBachelor's degree in a related field.At least 2 years of experience in online content management, preferably in the travel industry.Proficient in using CMS platforms, such as Magento, or Adobe Experience Manager.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Experience in creating and optimising content for SEO, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, or SEMrush.Customer-centric mindset, with the ability to understand and anticipate the needs and preferences of the target audience.Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Creative, proactive, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefitsPrivate medical insuranceFamily friendly work environmentDynamic career growth opportunities in a rapidly evolving company
