About Position: In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable data pipelines, backend services, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-performance solutions. Role: Ruby on Rails Developer Location: All Persistent Locations Experience: 5 to 10 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do Design and develop key components of our technology stack, including real-time data pipelines and scalable data processing services Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code daily Collaborate with engineering and business teams to plan, design, and implement complex solutions Monitor, tune, and troubleshoot systems to improve performance and stability Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to technical discussions Expertise You'll Bring We’re looking for a hands-on engineer with strong backend and data engineering skills, cloud experience, and a collaborative mindset.
