Job Title:Oracle Cloud Security and Risk Management ConsultantOverview:As a seasoned security professional, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust security frameworks and risk controls across Oracle Cloud platforms. With your expertise in Oracle Cloud Security, you will lead the setup and continuous improvement of Oracle Risk Management Cloud, including Advanced Financial Controls (AFC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD), Advance Access Controls (AAC) and Financial reporting Compliance (FRC), Advance Access Request (AAR) modules.Responsibilities:Design and Manage User Roles: Design and manage user roles, data security, and access controls within Oracle Fusion Applications.Implement and Maintain Security Policies: Implement and maintain security policies in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).Configure and Monitor PaaS-Level Security: Configure and monitor PaaS-level security and compliance requirements.Lead Setup and Improvement of Oracle Risk Management Cloud: Lead the setup and continuous improvement of Oracle Risk Management Cloud, including AFC, SoD, AAC, FRC, and AAR modules.Perform Risk Assessments and Compliance Audits: Perform risk assessments and compliance audits, supporting internal and external regulatory requirements.Collaborate with Business and Technical Teams: Collaborate with business and technical teams to align security controls with business processes.Respond to Security Incidents: Respond to security incidents and perform root cause analysis.Required Skills and Qualifications:5-7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Security (Fusion, OCI, and PaaS)Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud Risk Management (RMC) and related governance frameworksStrong knowledge of SoD, role-based access control (RBAC), and audit policiesHands-on experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) conceptsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsOracle certifications (preferred but not required)Preferred Qualifications:Experience with compliance standards such as SOX, GDPRKnowledge of automation and monitoring tools related to cloud security
