**Job Title:** Cloud ERP/HCM AdministratorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Cloud ERP/HCM Administrator to provide technical support for Oracle HCM and ERP clouds, associated external applications, and other systems.The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of all production configurations, providing oversight of Oracle processes in the transaction console and scheduled processes, creating processing and data reports to meet approved business requirements, and developing tailored security roles and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence catalog access according to job titles and responsibilities.Ensure configuration integrity by performing regular system checks and implementing necessary updates.Provide expertise on Oracle process management, including transaction console and scheduled process oversight.Design and develop reports that meet business needs and improve decision-making capabilities.Create and manage secure user access, adhering to company policies and industry standards.Collaborate with IT teams to identify and resolve high-level system issues and implement improvements.Evaluate existing functionalities and recommend customizations or enhancements to meet evolving business needs.Analyze system utilization to optimize performance and suggest areas for improvement.Develop training materials and guides to support team members in understanding and utilizing system features.Maintain knowledge of emerging trends and developments in cloud technology.Required Skills:Strong technical skills in Oracle HCM and ERP cloud administration.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Effective communication and presentation skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.What We Offer:Competitive compensation and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
