We’re Hiring: Senior Draftsman Location: Thrissur, Kerala Consultancy: IN Design Services We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Draftsman with 8+ years of experience in interior fit-out and joinery works. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, detail-oriented, and able to deliver precise and efficient drawings while coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams. Experience Required: 8+ years (UAE/India experience preferred) Immediate joiners preferred KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare, review, and develop detailed drawings for fit-out and joinery works. • Ensure all drawings are technically accurate, coordinated, and aligned with design intent. • Provide value engineering (VE) options and technical solutions for design and site-related issues. • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methodologies. • Ability to coordinate effectively with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and clients. • Maintain high drafting speed while ensuring quality and accuracy. • Review design intent drawings and prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical details. • Identify discrepancies in drawings and propose corrective actions. • Support the project team in resolving technical and drawing-related queries on site. • Maintain drawing records and revisions systematically. KEY REQUIREMENTS • Diploma / Degree in Civil / Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent. • 8+ years of drafting experience with a strong background in fit-out and joinery works (UAE/INDIA experience preferred). • Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software. • Solid understanding of interior architectural detailing, joinery works, and fit-out technicalities. • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines. • Excellent communication and coordination skills. • Immediate availability preferred.
