Job OverviewThis senior leadership role entails serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders across various regions, driving performance and growth through strategic partnerships and aligned HR initiatives.Main ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partnership: Collaborate with business units to align HR goals with organizational objectives, ensuring seamless operations and successful outcomes.Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire hiring process from onboarding to compliance, guaranteeing that all employees are adequately supported throughout their tenure.Employee Relations: Foster open communication between employees and management, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner while maintaining Oracle's ethics and values.Performance Management: Oversee goal setting, continuous feedback, and performance evaluations, coaching managers to address any performance challenges effectively.Learning & Development: Identify training needs within business units and partner with Organizational Talent Development to deliver impactful training programs.Compensation & Benefits: Assist in promotions, compensation adjustments, job changes, and salary/benefits reviews in collaboration with country HR and Compensation & Benefits teams.Reporting & Analytics: Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and enhance employee engagement and retention.Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with internal partners and external agencies for efficient HR operations across diverse geographies.Compliance: Ensure all HR practices adhere to local laws and regulatory requirements, particularly regarding hiring, onboarding, and immigration procedures.Key QualificationsStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.Familiarity with HR systems and processes.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Why Join Our Team?We offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
