Senior Systems Development Engineer

Roles and responsibilities:Designs, develop and troubleshoot moderate-complex software applicationsIn addition to hands-on technical development activities, contributes to the analysis and conceptual design of proposed projectsParticipates in determining the feasibility of proposed projects and the overall plan for implementation.Operates as Subject Matter Expert and/or owner of multiple moderate-complex software modules.Responsible for leading the integrity of technical work on significant concurrent projects.Review progress and evaluates results of assigned technical projects and process against conformance to plans and specifications making recommendations based on the resultsNetworks with key contacts outside own area of expertise and other departments on technical matters.Recommends and executes continuous quality improvement in meeting internal and external customer requirements (including customer escalation and cross-team support).Should be extremely GOAL oriented and align-self to business/group needsBasic Qualifications:BS/MS in CS/EE or equivalent and Minimum of 4 to 8 years of proven design and development skills in complex applications and systems software in networking technologiesOutstanding in Data structures and algorithms.Outstanding C programming skills and scripting skillsHands on experience with protocols like (L4-L7 protocols)Hands on experience with LB/GSLB domain big plusProficiency in Systems/Server software development, multi-threaded programming, networking concepts/fundamentals.Proficiency in Unix/Linux development platform, network and systems programming + debugging.Strong systems programming skills, with extensive experience developing kernel/OS and networking softwareExcellent debugging skills both at protocol level (sniffer traces, tcp-dump, etc) and systems level (with kernel debugger)Agile based development experience is a plus About Us:Cloud Software Group is one of the world's largest cloud solution providers, serving more than 100 million users around the globe.
