Job OverviewThis role involves delivering exceptional customer service by addressing queries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. It requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in various software applications.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service Delivery: Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk, ensuring timely and accurate responses.Order Processing: Review engineering drawings, layouts, and specifications to process customer orders and submittals accurately.Data Entry: Enter and maintain order details in the system with high accuracy.Reporting: Prepare and share reports, documentation, and customer updates as required.Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.Information Retrieval: Retrieve technical and product-related information to support customer requests.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience: 3-5 years of customer service or technical support experience.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, OCR tools, and Visio.Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.Hands-on Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in product design including 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and assembly using standard engineering and CAD tools.Benefits:As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
