Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to join our Implementation & support team. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and managing the SAP FICO module to optimize financial and controlling processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in S/4HANA with a deep understanding of financial systems and accounting principles.

SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Support:

- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed system specifications for the FICO module.
- Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) implementation projects.
- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet client requirements.
- Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and PP (Production Planning).
- Configure core components like General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Cost Center Accounting (CCA).
- Customize settings for tax, banking, and financial reporting according to client specifications.

Business Process Optimization:

- Analyze existing financial processes and propose improvements.
- Implement automation and integration to streamline workflows.

Support and Troubleshooting:

- Provide post-implementation support, including resolving any configuration issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.

Data Migration and Validation:

- Handle master data management, data migration, and reconciliation activities.
- Ensure proper financial data migration and seamless integration with multiple external systems.

End-User Training:

- Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP FICO functionalities.
- Develop training materials and documentation for users.

Compliance and Audit:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audit controls.
- Support the business with reporting requirements, including statutory and management reports.

Ideal Candidate:

- 3.5+ years of experience in SAP S4 FI & CO
- Proven track record in at least 1 full-cycle implementations of SAP S/4 HANA Finance
- Strong configuration knowledge of SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, etc.).
- Knowledge of integration with other modules (MM, SD, PP).
- Experience in data migration, validations, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori apps, and SAP GUI.
- SAP Certifications in SAP S4 Finance is preferred
