As Creative Lead of our AI Video production Team, you will lead creative vision and execution of AI-generated educational videos from concept development through final production.Key ResponsibilitiesLead production of AI-generated educational videos aligned with learning goals.Manage team of AI video artists, animators, and editors to deliver high quality education videos.Work with subject experts and educators to ensure animations effectively communicate key concepts.Oversee production timelines, coordinate creative workflows, and maintain well organized asset libraries.Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and balance hands on creative work with team leadership.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia, or related field.5+ years experience in video production, motion graphics, or creative direction, including leadership of design or video teams.Excellent English communication skills.Advanced proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro).Familiarity with generative AI video tools.Demonstrated expertise in conceptual storytelling and ability to translate objectives into engaging narratives.Understanding of video storytelling fundamentals: composition, pacing, color theory, and narrative flow.Solid skills in compositing, color theory, and color correction to ensure visual coherence and high production value.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain organized file structures.Hands on experience with generative AI video tools.Curiosity and willingness to learn, experiment, and adopt AI tools where they can enhance efficiency and creativity.Why Join Us?Collaborate with highly skilled, creative, and diverse team members.Be part of a rapidly growing organization with a global footprint.Access opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning in AI-driven media production.
