Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Exceed sales targets by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business with brands and agencies.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Craft Winning Strategies: Work with clients to understand their business challenges and design custom advertising solutions that deliver measurable results.
  • Lead the Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process from initial outreach and needs assessment to proposal, negotiation, and contract closing.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with our customer success, product, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to the evolution of our platform.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn about new industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes


Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 experience, preferably within an AdTech, MarTech, organization.
  • Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic media buying, data management platforms (DMPs), customer relationship management (CRM) software, and marketing automation.
  • Proven Track Record: A history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. You can explain complex technical concepts in a simple, compelling way.
  • Strategic Thinker: The ability to think critically, identify client pain points, and develop strategic solutions.
  • Grit and Resilience: A natural hunter with a competitive spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
