As an AI Engineer, you will develop self-improving systems to empower subject matter experts and automate complex work.AI-Enabled Products: Create products utilizing LLMs and foundation models, evaluating emerging techniques for production systems.High-Performance Search and RAG: Build data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for high-performance Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.Evaluation Frameworks: Design robust frameworks to evaluate performance of agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs using open-source models.To succeed, you need 1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms, and a strong background in distributed AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering. You must possess the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical ideas effectively.The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
