GreetingsIntroduction:Identity and Access Management is a key component in our Solution portfolio. We are on road in maturing our existing IAM solutions and taking them to our customers which in turn will generate growth in this area. We are looking for a Pre-sales Identity & Access Management solution architect who would help realize our vision.10+ years of overall IT experience of which 5+ years of experience/expertise in designing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions including Implementation, Configuration, Development, Deployment; administration and Operations of Single Sign-on/Federation, Access provisioning, Application integration, Privileged access and related security setup for Hardware/OS/Application serversA degree/diploma in computer science or equivalent is preferred.Strong technical knowledge of IAM products and processesExperience in creating high-level architecture in IAM tools like RSA IGL/PING/CA/One Identity/SailPoint/OIM/CyberArk/BeyondTrust/Thycotic etc..Ability to create IAM strategy, defining roadmap and assessment for customersShould have worked on RFP/ RFI/ RFQ for global and/or local clientsShould be able to capture the requirements in RFP/ RFI/ RFQ and create technical solution to meet the requirements which would include High-level architecture, sizing, efforts estimations etc. for Transition, Transformation and BAU/Run support along with the applicable risks, assumptions, dependencies etc.Able to articulate both transformational and managed services elements of dealsResponsible for managing the entire proposal lifecycle which will include scope finalization, solution design, FTE efforts estimations, commercials, proposal response documents/slide-decks etc.Will be responsible to coordinate with internal stakeholders that include Practice/Service leads, Bid team, other technology solution architects etc.Post proposal submission, based on client requirement, shall coordinate, and participate in proposal defence, due diligence, Client Orals, BAFO and SOW preparation as applicableClient facing skills, having executive client-facing experienceSelf-starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/multiple bidsShould be open for short-term travel as and when required.Desired Experience and Skills:• Relevant product IAM certifications• Any one major Security certification such as CISSP, CISM or CISA.• This role will require travel ( at least 30% along with satisfying need to kick start IAM engagements)Experience Required – 10 to 18 yearsJob Location – Pan India
